Deep Ocean Screensaver – Free Slideshow Screensaver for Windows
If you don’t particularly like to part with your hard earned money and therefore you really like software that is offered free of charge, you will like that Deep Ocean Screensaver is offered by free-slideshow.com free of charge. You can use this screensaver on your computer for however long you want and keep your money in your pocket.
If you are impatient and hate when things take long to complete, you will like downloading and installing Deep Ocean Screensaver on your computer will only take a moment. The download weighs in at 4.6MB, so it can’t take long to complete, not even if you are on a less than spectacular internet connection. Installing the application is as simple as launching the executable you downloaded and following the steps presented by the setup wizard. It will take very little time to go through those steps and have Deep Ocean Screensaver up and running.
Pay attention during the installation process though, because this screensaver comes bundled with AutoComplete Pro. Don’t just click “Next” over and over again as you will also install AutoComplete Pro. Make sure to opt out if you don’t want AutoComplete Pro. Once the installation process is over, your browser will launch and you will be directed to the 7art-screensavers.com site.
Here’s another interesting thing I noticed: if you click Cancel once the setup wizard shows up, that’s before you can choose to opt out of installing AutoComplete Pro, so if you click Cancel, AutoComplete Pro will be installed nonetheless. If you started to install the screensaver, finish installing it, don’t cancel the process – not unless you want to waste some time getting rid of AutoComplete Pro.
If you’re the type of person who likes to play with the settings, here are some of the settings Deep Ocean Screensaver lets you play with:
- Specify for how long an image will be displayed before the screensaver moves on to the next image. You can choose one of several preset values, like 10 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes.
- Select which transition effect you would like the screensaver to use.
- Adjust the speed of the transition effects.
- Choose if you want the screensaver to “Cycle through all effects”.
- Select the background color.
- Check the “Put wallpaper on desktop” option and one of the screensaver’s images will be turned into your wallpaper.
Deep Ocean Screensaver is a free slideshow screensaver that displays ocean-related images on your desktop. That’s pretty much it!
